King West Real Estate

Condos have been popping up for a number of years in the King West neighbourhood, and there aren’t many signs showing it’s going to slow down. What we love about condos in King West is that they aren’t all the same. There is a bit of character to each building, and you’re able to find a nice selection of floor plans, depending on your size and budget.

We have our eye on Bellwoods House as the best new building coming to King West soon—a boutique-style condo with some of the best amenities around.

As for homes, some of the most beautiful streets in Toronto are located just off of King Street West. Walking down Crawford and Massey streets you’ll see some incredible semis and detached homes that make city-living with a family seem possible.

Getting Around

The King West neighbourhood is very walkable and easily accessible by the TTC and major arteries. There are GO trains at Exhibition Station, multiple streetcars at your doorstep, and you’re just minutes to the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard.

Local History Lesson

The neighbourhood was originally part of the military reserves of the Town of York, anchored by Fort York. Niagara and King streets pay tribute to its military past, with streets such as Niagara named after the former military capital, and Tecumseh named after the Indigenous leader of the Shawnee.
