Why We Love It

Having been settled in the 1820's, Rosedale real estate benefits from plenty of old-time charm. At the same time, it remains close to Toronto's most bustling business, entertainment, and shopping districts. It's peace and quiet, right in the heart of the city!

Can't Miss

Rosedale is known for being surrounded by ancient ravines. The Vale of Avoca, Moore Park, Park Drive, and Rosedale Valley are just perfect for morning runs or evening strolls. While you're here, seeing some of that green space is essential. Rosedale Park is one great example, with tennis courts, sports fields, artificial ice rinks, wading pools, and so much more.

Who Lives Here

With plenty of parks, winding trails, and some of Toronto's finest schools, Rosedale real estate is the perfect place for families who are looking to settle down and find a place to call home.

Getting Around

Rosedale is a highly walkable neighbourhood, but having a vehicle to get around to other parts of Toronto is valuable, as it is very close to the Don Valley Parkway. Rosedale also has easy commuter access to the subway with two stations close within close walking distance.

Local History Lesson

It's hard to ignore Rosedale's charming name. The area was the previous home of Sherriff William Botsford Jarvis, and the name was inspired by his wife Mary's love of the wild roses which grew all across the estate. They were impossible to ignore, and the name has come to represent Rosedale's classic and romantic character.
