After connecting with me by filling out my form to the right, calling/texting me (416.999.1240), emailing me or stopping by my office in Liberty Village, we will schedule a formal time to meet in person to kick off the home buying process. We can meet at the TRB office, your home, a local coffee shop, or wherever is most convenient for you.

At our introductory meeting, we will focus on determining your real estate needs and wants. Is this your first real estate purchase? Are you looking for something immediate? Is this part of an investment plan? We will discuss your budget, the type of home you are looking for, your preferred location, and other important criteria.

If you haven’t already been pre-approved for a mortgage, now will be the time to do so. Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is essential in the current Toronto real estate market. If necessary, I can connect you with a mortgage broker who will help you establish your budget and determine what mortgage option works best for you. Once you are pre-approved, you will have a better understanding of how much you can spend.
