I love my job. I love a good negotiation. I love the thrill of the house hunt. Yes, I’m a real estate geek and can  admit it without hesitation. I’m also numbers-obsessed. Sure, I also love to travel,
fast cars, am a master-griller and a tequila connoisseur, but above all else, nothing makes me happier than helping people write their Real Estate story.

While working as the Corporate Controller (fancy-speak for head of finance) at a major advertising agency, I realized where my passion was, and it wasn’t there. I thought I could take everything I know about numbers and analysis, and help people navigate through this crazy world of Toronto Real Estate. So nearly 10 years ago, I was licensed in less than four months, jumped in head-first and have never looked back.

I’m proud to say I am the #1 Broker at Sutton Group Tower Realty Ltd for 2017, a Platinum Broker for seven years and counting, and have personally sold over $110 Million in Real Estate in the Toronto market.

But that’s not even the best part – I’ve become best friends with some of my clients – they even attended my wedding. I’ve helped families deal with estate sales during tough times. I’ve helped hesitant buyers learn about the market and overcome their fears of pre-construction investing. I’ve door-knocked in Rosedale to find the forever home for clients and just attended their housewarming party after a stunning renovation. Most days, this doesn’t even feel like a job because I absolutely love what I do.

Toronto-obsessed. Researcher extraordinaire. Tech guru. Trained chef. Dog lover. Realtor. Anyone that knows me for more than ten minutes will know I’m all of these things. When I moved to Toronto in 2002, I knew I wanted to be a part of this city – a part of what makes it breath, a part of its energy and a part of the people that shape it into what it is today. Naturally, this led me to the hospitality industry – a front-facing role in welcoming people to the city and providing an experience that makes them want to tell their friends and family. Whether it was preparing a top shelf martini (shaken, not stirred), or cooking for over 200 guests per night at a top restaurant, service was always my calling.

Transitioning to Real Estate five years ago was natural for me – showcasing Toronto to my clients and showing them hidden gems in areas of the city they’ve never even considered gives me such pride.

I’m an information junkie who will know where to get the best cappuccino, the closest dog park and the best (and worst) walkable restaurants before every client showing. I’m honest about what you need to do to your home before selling and will tell you in the nicest way possible. I’ll even help move that oversized sofa into the basement to make your living room look spacious. I’ll even pick up a paint brush. When it comes to marketing properties, the online world is my playground – insert fancy tech words here, but at the end of the day, I’ll put a strategic plan in place get you noticed and I’ll negotiate like a bulldog to get you the best price.
