Toronto Realty Boutique

Buying

2020. The year the world changed from what we knew it to what it is now – and it continues to change on a daily basis – for the good and not so good. But 2020, for me, is a marquee year for another reason. Toronto Realty Boutique turns 10.

Little did I know that when I left my career in Finance as a Corporate Controller of a major ad firm here in the city, would I ten years later, be celebrating my career in an industry I love.

The Toronto Realty Boutique Way

Toronto Realty Boutique has always been, well, Boutique. It was the perfect word to demonstrate how I treat my clients. My business is not about churning leads all day long or assigning clients to admin staff.

It’s that special feeling you get when you walk into a high-end Boutique where the team helping you somehow know exactly what you want. And if you don’t, they can help you figure that out too. Even if you’re just looking, they answer your questions and give you what you need, even if you’re not buying at that moment.

That feeling doesn’t come around very often when you’re shopping does it? Be it for a car, a new handbag or a house or condo. But when it does, you feel pretty good about taking that major jump because you trust the person you’re working with.

Well, that’s my approach to real estate. I really like working with people and spending time with them as they learn about an industry I love so much.

TRB in Liberty Village

Ten years is a long time, and during this past decade, I’ve been a part of many people’s lives as they embark on the journey to home ownership. I’ve seen renters become owners, owners become investors, and investors build real estate wealth unlike any other investment.

I have personally represented over $250 Million in real estate transactions, for both buyers and sellers for all kinds of properties in Toronto – from condos to semi and detached homes to land and businesses.

My office in Liberty Village is one of the few that clients can come and visit in a proper business setting. My own boutique rather than a coffee shop, shared workspace or condo common area.

Since I started my career, I’ve been a Platinum Prestige Agent with my brokerage, and in 2017, 2018 and 2019 I was the number one agent at my Brokerage.

Recently, I joined Sage Real Estate to amplify my career and build upon their strengths in Broker support. In 2020 I’m on track to break all of my personal sales records and goals I’ve set for myself.

I’ve built many solid relationships with Toronto’s top developers and was recently awarded Top Sales Broker at Liberty Market Tower and XO Condos.

All of these accolades would mean nothing without the lasting relationships I’ve built with many of my clients. Some of them have become my closest friends – they attended my wedding, I’ve been to their house-warming parties, welcomed new additions to their families and watched as they started new businesses.

My boutique approach may not be traditional, but it serves my clients in a way that is true to my work ethic and approach.

As I take a moment to celebrate, I hope to be in touch with you soon to discuss how I can help you in the Toronto market. Be it buying, selling, investing or simply educating yourself, I’m here to help and answer any questions you may have.

Cheers to 10 more years,
Romey
